Our Cuisine
The Huerta del Laurel restaurant is located in a 93.00 m² dining room with a capacity for 83 people, where you can enjoy the typical cuisine of Monachil. We have a fireplace, a bar, and access to a large 300 m² terrace. Attached to the terrace, you will find our children’s play area, which includes a trampoline, swing, and bouncy castle.

Our restaurant offers a wide range of dishes based on mountain gastronomy, including highlights such as cold cuts, morcilla (blood sausage), Monachil longaniza (sausage), homemade croquettes, Alpujarra-style dishes, and the traditional plato serrano from Monachil, among others.
